A firebox for Kamado Bono.
• The firebox is the part of the grill that is placed at the bottom of the body of the grill and where the charcoal burns.
• An ash grate must be placed at the bottom of the firebox.
• When placing the firebox in the grill, make sure that the cut-out at the bottom of the firebox is facing the grill damper to ensure good air permeability.
• The firebox has a special expansion seam to reduce the chance of splitting.
Maintenance: the firebox is ceramic and must be protected from abrasions and moisture. Do not wash with water or detergents. The firebox can be wiped clean with a dry sponge or wire brush, if necessary, but any dirt is usually burnt off during the next cooking.
Please note: all replacement grill parts are for Kamado Bono grills and may not fit other brands.
