Naga Jolokia marinade sauce is made from the eponymous pepper, considered one of the hottest peppers in the world. These chillies are very tasty, but their extreme spiciness means that the true flavour of the naga jolokia remains unnoticed. The mildest version of this sauce has been specially made so that you can feel and enjoy the flavour. It is, of course, still very hot, so use it in your dishes very carefully.
