Hot Bourbon Sauce (410 g) is a hot, rich-tasting sauce enriched with apples and bourbon.
• Goes well with all barbecue dishes: to glaze grilled meats, mix into burger sauces and meat marinades or use as a dip.
• Ingredients: sugar, water, apples, habanero chilli (2.6%), Scorpion sauce (2.0%), chipotle peppers (1.0%), chilli, tomato paste, whisky, apple cider vinegar, molasses, cane vinegar, salt, thickening agent (corn starch), flavouring (smoke condensate), onion, garlic, lime, MUSTARD, acidity agent (acetic acid, citric acid), cumin, cardamom.
