• Uzbek pan made of polished cast iron.
• The thick walls of the pan ensure maintaining a stable temperature when cooking.
• The pan is ready to use. (Only natural cottonseed oil was used to make the pan.) Note: The pan is handmade and may have surface irregularities. This is normal and will not affect cooking.

The 27 cm pan can be used as a lid for a 3.6 l Texas Club kazan pot.
The 35 cm pan can be used as a lid for an 8 l Texas Club kazan pot.
The 38 cm pan can be used as a lid for a 12 l Texas Club kazan pot.
