LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR CERAMICS
The Kamado Bono warranty is valid from the date of sale to the original buyer for the following periods and under the following conditions:
All ceramics* of Minimo, Media, Žalgiris, Grande, Limited, Picnic grills are covered by an unlimited warranty for the buyer who is a natural person using the grill for non-commercial purposes, and a 2-year warranty for the buyer who is a legal entity or a natural person using the grill for commercial purposes. Other parts of these grills are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty.
The Hibachi grill is covered by a 2-year warranty.
*The ceramic parts of the grill are: body, firebox, fire ring, deflectors.
The warranty is valid in all cases when the grill or its parts are used as intended, following the manufacturer’s instructions, the two-zone cooking system guide, and Kamado Bono’s recommendations
A FEW KEY POINTS
If any product covered by the warranty is defective, it will be repaired or replaced by our dealership only in the country where the grill was purchased, or a new part will be sent to the buyer, who will be able to successfully replace it on their own with our remote advice. When contacting the warranty service, the buyer must take a photo of the damage for assessment and send us the photo/video to info@kamadobono.co.uk. A legible copy of proof of purchase must accompany the letter.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. If the defects are caused by incorrect installation, incorrect repair, alteration of the product or its parts, improper maintenance, use without following the instructions or not for the intended purpose, storage in an unsuitable environment or natural wear and tear, the warranty will not apply. The warranty shall not apply in the event of rusting or oxidation of the metal parts of the grill, unless the structural integrity of the grill is compromised.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased from Kamado Bono and authorised dealerships or suppliers listed on www.kamadobono.co.uk Warranty service is provided only in the country where the grill was purchased.
The grill may only be fired with quality charcoal, which can be ignited with dry fire starters or an electric fire starter. The use of firewood, briquettes and flammable liquids is prohibited. In the above cases, the warranty is void.
Minor defects, such as spider cracks in the ceramics, which occur during manufacture and are non-hazardous, shall not be considered as a warranty event. Minimal aesthetic defects which do not interfere with the smooth operation of the grill (e.g. mini roughnesses in the ceramics, micro glaze damage, spider cracks or flaking which do not spread and are easily removed with glaze paint).
