Uzbek kazan pot

The Uzbek kazan is a classic cast-iron cooking pot used for making pilaf, stews, soups and similar dishes.

• The kazan is a polished, easy to maintain pot that comes with an aluminium lid with an aluminium handle that will not melt when used the kazan in a Kamado-style grill
• Suitable for use in traditional kazan stoves
• The bottom of the kazan is rounded on the inside and smooth on the outside for easy placement on a table, shelf or other surface
• Country of origin: Uzbekistan
• Kazans are factory-prepared for use. They do not require any additional preparation (either by heating with salt or other means).

Note: kazans are handmade and may have surface irregularities. This is normal and will not affect cooking.
