– The pan has a metal handle, so heat-resistant gloves are essential.
• The pan is ready to use. Before using it, all you need to do is wash it with warm water, dry it and oil it.
• After use, the iron-cast pan must be cleaned and dried.
• Do not put in the dishwasher or use dishwashing detergents.
Note: the cast-iron pan is handmade and may have surface irregularities. This is normal and will not affect cooking.
