    Svan salt (სვანური მარილი, svanuri marili), as opposed to regular table salt, is the salt most frequently used in Georgian cuisine.

    • Used in meat dishes, soups, sauces, fish dishes and salads, also perfect for marinating.

    • Has a special aroma that will colour any dish with Georgian colours.
