Ingredients

  • 1 kg smelts
  • Svan salt
  • Flour
  • Oil

Recipe

  1. Clean the smelts, season them with Svan salt, and coat them in flour.
  2. Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking by lighting the charcoal and setting up the two-zone cooking system without the grill grate.
  3. Place a cast iron pan on the grill’s crossbars. Add oil and heat it thoroughly. Put the smelts into the pan and fry them on both sides until golden.
