Liquid garlic

Liquid Garlic (150 ml) is an innovative liquid garlic sauce developed by Poppamies Food Laboratories. It gives dishes their unique garlic flavour. Liquid garlic is very easy to use: it has a strong garlic flavour and aroma, but no bitterness. This wonderfully mild flavour was discovered by adding a little honey and white wine to the garlic.

Ingredients: garlic, water, cane sugar, honey, white wine vinegar, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, thickener (E460, E466, E415). Store in the fridge once opened. Shake before use. Country of manufacture: Costa Rica.

• Goes well with all dishes where garlic flavour is needed. It can be added to sauces, marinades, stews, soups, French fries or fried vegetables.
