Mixture for making a chimichurri sauce. Chimichurri is an Argentinian sauce with a strong garlic and parsley flavour, usually served as a side dish with grilled meats.
•Chimichurri is also perfect for seasoning other dishes such as tacos, salads or pasta.
• Can be used for making a chimichurri sauce or in cooking. Feel free to experiment!
• CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:
Mix one part spices and one part water, leave the herbs for 10 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. The sauce can also be used as a marinade.
• Ingredients:
garlic, parsley, salt, chilli, oregano, coriander leaves, black pepper, citric acid.
