A classic barbecue sauce with a special flavour from the onion and garlic notes and a special colour and caramel taste from the brown sugar.

• Goes well with chicken, pork, beef, vegetables.

• The sauce can be used as a glaze at the end of cooking, as a dip, or stirred into marinades or other sauces.
