Hot BBQ sauce starts with sweet notes, but leaves behind a pleasant sour taste. A small amount of brown sugar mixed with freshly ground black pepper creates a nice caramel flavour. The hotness from chilli, jalapeño and pink peppercorns is very satisfying.
