Recommended Positioning

• Up to 140°C – Place the heat deflector in the lower position for low and slow cooking and smoking.
• 140°C – 250°C – Place the heat deflector in the upper position for roasting and general indirect cooking.
• Pizza cooking (very high temperatures) – Place the heat deflector directly on the cooking grate.
