Shipping Policy – Kamado Bono LTD

At Kamado Bono LTD, we are committed to delivering your Kamado Bono grills, accessories, pizza ovens, spare parts, rubs, sauces, and other products promptly, securely, and with the highest level of service. Please read the following delivery policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders.

Shipping Providers

We partner with reputable and trusted courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. These include:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD

Each carrier is selected to suit the size, weight, and urgency of your order.

Shipping of Kamado Bono Grills
3.1 Standard Shipping (Kerbside Delivery – Free within Mainland UK, Terms Apply)
  • Surcharges: Additional charges may apply for deliveries to certain postcodes. You will be notified during checkout if applicable.
  • Delivery Method: The grill will be delivered on a pallet to the nearest accessible kerbside point of your property.
  • Assistance: Please note that grills are heavy. You must ensure help is available to move the item to its desired location.
  • Pallet Disposal: Customers are responsible for disposing of the delivery pallet.
  • Delivery Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Vehicle Access: Delivery will be via lorry with a tail-lift. Please ensure sufficient access and space for the vehicle and pallet.
  • Unpacking: It is your responsibility to unpack and transport the grill from the pallet into your property. Delivery personnel are not obliged to assist beyond kerbside drop-off.
3.2 Fast Shipping (Optional Upgrade)
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days with this option.
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders after this time will be dispatched on the following working day.
Access Considerations

To ensure a successful delivery, please take the following into account:

  • Urban Areas: Check for parking, time restrictions, weight limits, or access limitations (e.g., pedestrian zones).
  • Rural Areas: Ensure access is clear of obstructions such as low trees, narrow lanes, soft or uneven surfaces.
Kerbside Delivery Policy

Please note that all large items (such as grills) are delivered kerbside. The driver will not transport or unpack items inside your premises. It is your responsibility to move the product to its final location.

Delivery Upgrades & Outside Mainland UK

If you require delivery outside mainland England (e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, or offshore addresses) or need an upgraded delivery service, please contact our team after placing your order to arrange a tailored solution.

Free Shipping Eligibility

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over £50.00 to most mainland UK postcodes.

Please Note: Free delivery does not apply to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or the Republic of Ireland. Applicable surcharges will be calculated at checkout.

Inspection Upon Delivery
  • Someone must be present to receive and sign for deliveries.
  • Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
  • If any damage is evident, note this clearly on the delivery slip and contact us without delay.
  • Signing the delivery note without recording damage is confirmation that the goods were received in perfect condition.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched or is in transit, a cancellation and return fee may apply, based on courier charges. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Return Policy – Kamado Bono LTD

At Kamado Bono LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly through our official website: www.kamadobono.co.uk.

Return Eligibility
  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • You include a copy of the original purchase receipt with your return.
  • Charcoal, fire starters, and wood chunks are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

  • Repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include a note with your name, order number, and the reason for return.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Kamado Bono LTD is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
  • A full refund of the product price will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items received after 30 days from the shipment date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If the product is found to be damaged during return transit, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 30% of the product value. Any remaining loss must be claimed directly with your chosen courier.
